Shipping policy

*Thank you for supporting our small business! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:*

**Order Processing:**

- All products come directly from us, and we utilize suppliers to fulfill orders.

- We reserve the right to ship items separately in case of unforeseen delays from our suppliers.

- Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If any delays occur, your order will be shipped within an additional 3 business days.

**Once Your Order Has Shipped:**

- Your tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

**Shipping:**

- We ship via USPS (first class or priority).

**Expedited Shipping:**

- Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

**Out of Stock Items:**

- In cases of out-of-stock items, information regarding delays will be posted on the individual item's page and/or emailed to the customer.

**Very Important:**

- We are NOT responsible for post office issues, such as lost/stolen packages or incorrect provided shipping addresses. If your tracking number indicates a "successfully delivered" package, it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not Mark Taylor Designz.
